LuckyPet is operated by Featured SEO Company. We handle personal data connected with this website and related enquiries in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Data collected independently by third-party stores is governed by their own policies.
2. Data we may receive
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, attachments and correspondence you choose to send.
- Company, role and business contact details supplied for partnership enquiries.
- Request data such as IP address, device or browser type, time, page URL and error logs.
- Search terms, filters and product pages you choose to view.
3. How data is used
- To answer website, correction, rights and partnership enquiries.
- To display search, filtering and price-comparison results.
- To secure, troubleshoot and improve the service and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal obligations and handle lawful requests or disputes.
4. Accounts, payments and sensitive data
LuckyPet currently has no member accounts, on-site payment or pet medical-record upload. Normal use does not require identity-card, credit-card or medical information. Do not send unnecessary personal or veterinary medical data in a general enquiry.
5. Cookies, URLs and technical records
Search and filter choices can operate through page URLs. LuckyPet currently has no advertising pixel or third-party visitor analytics. Search content may remain in browser history, shared links or server request logs, so do not enter sensitive data into search fields. We will update this policy and relevant choices before introducing materially different analytics, advertising or cookie features.
6. Third-party stores and communications
When you follow a store, email or WhatsApp link, that third party handles data under its own terms and policy. Providing a link does not automatically give us account, payment, order or delivery information entered on the store’s website.
7. Disclosure and overseas processing
Access is limited to people with a work-related need and service providers supporting hosting, maintenance, communications or professional advice. We may disclose necessary data when required by law, court order or a lawful investigation. Internet and cloud services may involve systems outside Hong Kong, for which we consider reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data.
8. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to answer enquiries, protect systems, resolve disputes or meet legal duties. When no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified as appropriate. We use reasonable security measures, but internet transmission is never completely risk-free.
9. Direct marketing
Ordinary browsing or a support enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing list. Before using personal data for direct marketing, we will explain the intended use and obtain any consent required by law. You may opt out at any time without charge.
10. Access, correction and contact

We may request reasonable information to verify identity and locate the record. You do not need to send a complete identity document with your first enquiry.
